AI and Mi series intelligent electric actuators are a new generation of intelligent, digital and multi-functional electric actuators developed by our company on the basis of introducing the A and M series products of UK Rotork company and adopting the most advanced ultra large scale integrated circuits. Working principle of AI and Mi intelligent electric actuators:
AI and Mi series intelligent electric actuators are driven by three-phase asynchronous motors, which drive the hollow output shaft to output torque through worm gear reduction. The reducer has a manual / electric switching mechanism. When the switching handle is in the manual position, the handwheel drives the hollow output shaft through the clutch
Rotation; During electric operation, the switching mechanism will automatically fall back to the electric position, the clutch and worm gear are engaged, and the three-phase motor drives the hollow output shaft to rotate.
The rotation of the output shaft of the actuator is transmitted to the Hall effect pulse sensor through the speed increasing mechanism, and the axial displacement generated by the axial force of the motor worm is transmitted to the mechanical torque control mechanism (switching mechanism) to realize the control of the valve position and torque.
The intelligent controller of the electric actuator receives the standard analog current control signal, switching control signal or bus signal, and positions the output shaft of the actuator at the position corresponding to the input signal; It can also be located at the preset position of the control system according to the interlocking control, two-wire control or emergency ESD event signal.
