The shock resistant bimetallic thermometer is composed of bimetallic sheets wound into circular bending shape. When one end is heated and expanded, it drives the pointer to rotate, and the working instrument will display the corresponding temperature value, and prevent environmental vibration from filling silicone oil in the bimetallic thermometer or separating the display part of the bimetallic thermometer from the measurement part to achieve the effect of shock resistance. The shock resistant bimetallic thermometer is divided into integrated shock resistant bimetallic thermometer and separate bimetallic thermometer.
After the installation of the shock resistant bimetal thermometer, the rubber plug on the top of the outer ring of the dial must be cut off with scissors to facilitate the connection between the meter cavity and the outside world, and to facilitate the sensitive movement of the pointer of the bimetal thermometer and accurate measurement.
