Precautions for the installation of stainless steel shock-resistant pressure gauges

Stainless steel shock-resistant pressure gauges are mainly used for pressure detection in metallurgy, electric power, petroleum, chemical industry, light industry, machinery and other industrial sectors. The pressure gauge relies on measures such as internal flushing of damping oil and configuration of buffer devices. Has good shock resistance. It is suitable for occasions where the measured pressure has strong pulse changes or pressure shocks and is often suddenly unloaded in the production process, as well as places with large environmental vibrations. The instrument can measure the average value of the pulsating pressure of gas and liquid to overcome the damage caused by the strong pulse of the medium and the environmental vibration, and ensure the accuracy of the reading.

Precautions for the installation of stainless steel shock-resistant pressure gauges:

The shell of the shock-resistant pressure gauge is an airtight structure, which can effectively protect the internal components from environmental influences and contamination intrusion.

The shock-resistant pressure gauge is filled with a damping fluid (usually silicone oil or glycerin) in the casing, which can resist the vibration of the working environment and reduce the fluctuation of the medium pressure.

The shock-resistant pressure gauge is suitable for places with severe vibration in the environment. It can withstand medium fluctuations, shocks and sudden unloading, and the indication of the instrument is stable and clear. It is suitable for machinery, petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, mining, electric power and other departments to measure the pressure of non-corrosive medium on copper and copper alloys.

The ambient temperature of the instrument is -40~70℃, and the relative humidity is not more than 80%. If it deviates from the normal operating temperature of 205℃, it should be included in the additional temperature error.

The seismic pressure gauge should be installed vertically, and try to keep the same level as the measurement point. If the measurement deviation is too large, it should be included in the liquid column error, and it is not necessary to consider it when measuring gas. The explosion-proof opening behind the casing should be blocked when installed, so as not to affect the explosion-proof performance.

Measuring range: the normal use range of the instrument: under static pressure, it should not exceed 3/4 of the upper limit of measurement, and should not exceed 2/3 of the upper limit of measurement when it fluctuates. The low value measured by the large pressure gauge under the above two pressure conditions should not be lower than 1/3 of the lower limit, and the vacuum part is used for vacuum measurement.

In use, if the pointer of the instrument fails or the internal parts are loose or cannot work normally, it should be overhauled or repaired by the manufacturer.

Avoid shocks and collisions to avoid instrument damage.

It can be specially designed according to the user's requirements.
