Structure of Eccentric rotary valve of Shanghai Automation

The valve body of eccentric rotary control valve has simple flow path and small resistance. Compared with single and double seat valves of the same caliber, it has greater flow capacity, but its weight is only about 1/3. The deflection valve adopts rotary motion, which improves the sealing performance of the stuffing box and has a large output force. Therefore, the valve has small leakage, large stiffness and can work reliably under the rated differential pressure. Eccentrically rotating valve core and valve stem only rotate, so the friction force it bears when switching is very small. When the valve core and valve seat contact and close, the flexible arm of the valve core produces small elastic deformation and elastic tension under the thrust of the actuator, making the valve core and valve seat contact more closely and firmly. Therefore, the leakage of the eccentric rotating valve is very small. At the same time, the thrust required to close the valve is smaller than that of ball valve and butterfly valve.
