The thermoelectric emf of armored thermocouple of Shanghai automation instrument will grow with the temperature rise of the measuring end, the size of the thermoelectric emf is only related to the armored thermocouple conductor material and temperature difference at both ends, and the length and diameter of the thermal electrode is independent.
The working principle
Armoured thermocouple working principle is made up of two different components of conductor by welding at both ends, forming a loop, direct temperature measurement end called measuring end, wiring end called reference end. When there is a temperature difference between the measuring end and the reference end, thermal current will be generated in the loop, connected to the display instrument, the instrument will indicate the corresponding temperature value of the thermoelectric electromotive force generated by the thermocouple.
Armored thermocouple structure is made of conductor, insulated magnesium oxide and 1Cr 18Ni9Ti stainless steel protection tube after many times drawn, armored thermocouple products are mainly composed of junction box, wiring terminal and armored thermocouple basic structure, and with a variety of installation and fixing devices.
Armored thermocouple is divided into two types: insulation type and shell type.
