Principle of pressure transmitter


The principle of pressure transmitter is different according to the measuring diaphragm. Common ones are ceramic capacitive pressure transmitter, ceramic piezoresistive pressure transmitter and diffused silicon piezoresistive pressure transmitter


1. The high-precision circuit on the measuring diaphragm converts this tiny deformation to be proportional to the pressure. A highly linear voltage signal that is also proportional to the excitation voltage, and then the special chip is used to convert this voltage signal into an industrial standard 4-20mA current signal or 1-5V voltage signal.


2. Because the measuring diaphragm adopts standard integrated circuit, including linear and temperature compensation circuit, it can achieve high accuracy and stability. The loose circuit adopts a special two-wire chip, which can ensure the output of two-wire 4-20mA current signal, which is convenient for field wiring.


3. The pressure head of the pressure transmitter acts directly on the measuring diaphragm. The surface of ceramic capacitor diaphragm, ceramic piezoresistive diaphragm or diffused silicon piezoresistive diaphragm causes slight deformation of the diaphragm
