Overview

BHR-4 BHR-8 BHR-23 BHR-38 Load cell sensor adopts cylindrical elastomer as force sensing element and resistance strain gauge as conversion element. The sensor has high structural strength, anti vibration, anti impact stability, excellent static performance and good dynamic performance. The sensor is simple in structure, easy to install and carry, and ensures good measurement performance. More importantly, it can be measured from a long distance. Therefore, this type of sensor has been widely used in the system of weighing and force measurement.


Main purpose

The sensor can be used together with electronic weighing display instrument, static and dynamic resistance strain gauge or other amplifiers for the following purposes:

1. Make weighing and force measurement and analysis in various industrial systems, chemical systems and national defense industrial systems.

2. Load test on various structural objects.

3. As an automatic control element for weighing and force measurement in the automation system.


Principle and structure

The sensor is composed of resistance strain principle. When the measured force acts directly on the strain gage of the hollow cylinder pasted with the resistance strain gage through the indenter, the strain gage compresses axially and expands radially, the resistance value of the corresponding axial resistance strain gage decreases, the radial resistance value increases, and the bridge loses balance. When the bridge power is supplied from the outside, there is an unbalanced voltage output at the diagonal output end, which is proportional to the measured force acting on the load cell. Therefore, it can be used with electronic weighing display instrument, dynamic resistance strain gauge or other amplifiers according to different purposes.
