The differential pressure transmitter is used to prevent the medium from entering the transmitter directly from the pipeline. It is a capillary connection between the pressure sensing film and the transmitter by injecting fluid. Its basic principle is to divide the photosensitive element (multi-purpose capsule) into two cavities and apply pressure to the two cavities respectively. When the two sensors are under pressure, the sensors will shift (or the trend of displacement) ". The displacement is directly proportional to the pressure difference between the two cavities, and the displacement is converted into standard signal output to reflect the differential pressure. Precautions for installation of differential pressure transmitter are as follows:
1. Opening position:
The pressure tap shall be located in the area with stable flow and no eddy current, and the selection of measured process parameters shall be ensured in I technology.
2. Installation position of repeater:
When measuring liquid flow, the differential pressure transmitter should be installed next to or below the measured pipeline to discharge bubbles; When measuring the gas flow, the differential pressure transmitter should be installed next to or above the measured pipeline, so that the accumulated liquid can easily flow into the pipeline: when measuring the steam flow, the differential pressure transmitter should be installed below the measured pipeline, so that the condensate can be filled into the impulse pipe. When it is put into operation, the bubbles in the liquid column of the impulse pipe should be emptied as much as possible to affect the detection accuracy. It can also be considered to place the exhaust pipe at the upper end of the impulse pipe. 3. Reasonable laying of connecting pipes: when measuring the liquid level, the differential pressure measured by the differential pressure transmitter is relatively small, usually between a few kPa and 100KPA, so the whole measurement system has a great impact on the measurement accuracy. Therefore, when installing the impulse pipe, the horizontal section of the impulse pipe should have a certain inclination, and the inclination should be as large as possible, so as to avoid the accumulation of liquid in the impulse pipe and inaccurate measurement. When the range of the transmitter is small, it will cause the fluctuation of the transmitter output. Differential pressure transmitter uses monocrystalline silicon resonant sensor and microelectronic surface treatment technology to realize anti static pressure and temperature drift effect on the premise of ensuring t0 2% measurement accuracy. The capacitive differential pressure transmitter is equipped with low-noise modem and open communication protocol, which can realize the transmission of digital lossless signal.
