Structure principle:
The instrument is composed of measuring system (including joint, corrugated film box, etc.), transmission mechanism (including pull rod mechanism and gear transmission mechanism), indicating components (including pointer and dial) and shell (including watch case, lining ring and watch glass). The working principle of the instrument is based on the corresponding elastic deformation of the free end of the bellows under the pressure of the measured medium, which is transmitted and amplified by the gear transmission mechanism, and the measured value is indicated on the dial one by one by the pointer fixed on the gear shaft. There is also a zero adjustment device, which can easily adjust the zero position.
The measuring range of capsule pressure gauge is - 80 ~ 60000pa, but different capsule pressure gauges shall be selected according to different pressure ranges. Disc capsule pressure gauge is recommended when the pressure is - 1000Pa ~ 60000pa, and rectangular capsule pressure gauge is recommended when the pressure is - 80pa.
