D500/7D Pressure controller
Overview
D500/7D Pressure controller adopts diaphragm sensor. It can be used for neutral gases such as air and liquid media such as water, hydraulic oil, lubricating oil and light fuel oil. D500/7D Pressure controller are divided into adjustable and non-adjustable The adjustment or non-adjustable range is 0... 25 MPa. It can be used for neutral oils, gaseous media and water.
Working principle of D500/7D Pressure controller
During the manufacturing and production of controller products, each product has its specific working pressure range (range). Within this range, the customer can preset the pressure value that needs to be switched, which is also known as the set point of pressure switch. After being connected to the system, when the pressure of the measured medium is greater than (less than) the set point, the sensor generates a step-by-step signal to trigger the microswitch inside the controller to open (close) the system loop. The controller is usually equipped with an SPDT type microswitch. Each SPDT Switch can be set to normally closed or normally open state. When it is set to normally open state, when the microswitch acts, the system circuit will be closed. Normally closed state is to disconnect the system circuit.
