Overview
SZMB-5 SZMB-9 Speed sensor can convert angular displacement into electrical signal for counter counting. It can measure the rotational speed and linear speed of various magnetic conducting materials, such as gears, impellers, disks (or shafts) with holes (or slots, screws). The sensor has the advantages of small volume, strong and reliable, long service life, no power supply and lubricating oil, and can be used with general secondary instruments.
Working principle
SZMB-5 SZMB-9 Speed sensor adopts the principle of magnetoelectric induction to measure the speed. When the gear rotates, the magnetic line of force passing through the sensor coil changes and generates a periodic voltage in the sensor coil. Its amplitude is related to the speed. The higher the speed, the higher the output voltage (section 0 ~ A), and the output frequency is directly proportional to the speed. The speed of the magnetoelectric speed sensor increases further, the magnetic circuit loss increases, and the output potential has become saturated (section a ~ b). When the speed exceeds B, the magnetic circuit loss increases and the potential decreases sharply.

The sensor has strong output signal, good anti-interference performance, no power supply and convenient installation and use.The operation and maintenance cost of the magnetoelectric speed sensor is low. The measurement is completely realized by magnetoelectric induction. At the same time, the operation of the magnetoelectric speed sensor does not need mechanical action and lubrication. The magnetoelectric speed sensor has the advantages of compact structure, small volume and convenient installation and use. It can be used with various secondary instruments.
