3151GP Gauge pressure transmitter
Overview
3151GP Gauge pressure transmitter, as an intelligent on-site differential pressure parameter detection instrument, is used to measure the pressure and liquid level parameters of various media in liquid, gas and steam states. It converts the measured differential pressure parameters into 4-20mA standard electrical signal output, and adopts HART protocol at the same time, which has the function of communicating with the hand communicator or the upper computer. The transmitter has the function of output parameter configuration, which can adapt to different users. needs. It can accurately measure differential pressure, liquid level, vacuum and specific gravity.
The transmitter has a dust-proof structure, which is convenient and simple to install, use and adjust. The terminal blocks and electronic circuit board are placed in a sealed electrical compartment on the top of the transmitter and are isolated from each other. So when field wiring, the amplifier still works in a sealed state. The transmitter has reverse polarity protection measures to prevent damage to the transmitter due to power connection. The volume change during operation is less than 0.16 ml, which can prevent the liquid column of the measured medium from changing too much, so there is no need to add a condenser or liquid level cylinder to compensate for the volume change. The parts of the transmitter in contact with the measured medium are made of 316L stainless steel. The use of surface-mounted electronic components and plug-in design and manufacture of printed circuit boards makes it less faulty, easy to maintain, and has strong versatility, reducing spare parts and maintenance costs.
Working principle of 3151GP Gauge pressure transmitter
The two pressures of the measured medium of the pressure transmitter are passed into the high and low pressure chambers, acting on the isolation diaphragms on both sides of the delta element (ie the sensitive element), and transmitted to the measuring membrane through the isolation diaphragm and the filling liquid in the element slice on both sides. The measuring diaphragm and the electrodes on both sides of the insulating sheet each form a capacitor.
When the pressure on both sides is inconsistent, the measuring diaphragm will be displaced, and its displacement is proportional to the pressure difference, so the capacitances on both sides are not equal. Through the oscillation and demodulation links, it is converted into a signal proportional to the pressure. The working principle of pressure transmitter and absolute pressure transmitter is the same as that of differential pressure transmitter, the difference is that the pressure in the low pressure chamber is atmospheric pressure or vacuum.
The A/D converter converts the current from the demodulator into a digital signal, the value of which is used by the microprocessor to determine the input pressure value. The microprocessor controls the operation of the transmitter. Additionally, it performs sensor linearization. Reset the measurement range. Engineering unit conversion, damping, square root, sensor trimming and other operations, as well as diagnostics and digital communications.
