Overview of SH2188 Pressure transmitter

The SH2188 transmitter consists of a piezoresistive sensor and a signal conversion module. The core component of the sensor is a single crystal silicon chip. Four resistors are formed by diffusion on the silicon chip through the semiconductor plane process, which are connected to form a bridge.
