Overview of 3151TG Intelligent Pressure Transmitter
As a high-precision intelligent field differential pressure parameter detection instrument, it is used to measure the differential pressure, pressure and liquid level parameters of various media in the state of liquid, gas and steam, and convert the measured differential pressure parameters into 4-20mA standard electrical signal output. At the same time, it uses HART protocol, and has the function of communicating with the manual operator or upper computer. The transmitter has the function of output parameter configuration, which can meet the needs of different users. It can accurately measure differential pressure, liquid level, vacuum degree and specific gravity.
The transmitter has a dust-proof structure, which is easy to install, use and adjust. The terminal block and the electronic circuit board are placed in the sealed electrical chamber on the upper part of the transmitter and separated from each other. Therefore, the amplifier still works in a sealed state during field wiring. The transmitter is provided with reverse polarity protection measures to prevent damage to the transmitter due to power connection. The volume change during operation is less than 0.16ml, which can prevent the measured medium liquid column from changing too much. Therefore, it is unnecessary to add a condenser or liquid level cylinder to compensate for the volume change. The parts and components of the transmitter contacting the measured medium shall be made of 316L stainless steel. The use of surface mounted electronic components and plug-in design and manufacture of printed circuit boards makes it easy to maintain with fewer failures and strong versatility, reduces spare parts and maintenance costs.

Structure and principle
The 3151 transmitter consists of a sensor and an electronic circuit board. The sensor consists of a sensing element, a direct digital capacitor circuit, a temperature sensor, and a characteristic EEPROM; The electronic circuit board is composed of microprocessor, digital/analog signal converter, digital communication and memory EEPROM to complete the conversion of pressure signal to 4-20 mADC.
