Overview

Introduction

D500/7D Explosion-proof Pressure controller adopts diaphragm messfühler. It can be used for simple gases such as air and the liquid media such as water, hydraulic engine oil, lubricating oil and lightweight fuel engine oil. D500/7D Pressure control mechanism are divided into adjustable and non-adjustable The adjustment or non-adjustable range is 0... 25 MPa. It can be used for simple oils, gaseous advertising and water.

Work principle of D500/7D Explosion-proof Pressure controller

In the course of the manufacturing and production of control mechanism products, each product has its specific working pressure range (range). Within this range, the customer can preset the pressure value which should be switched, which is also referred to as set point of pressure transition. After being attached to the system, when stress of the measured medium is higher than (less than) the collection point, the messfühler generates a step by step signal to cause the microswitch inside the controller to open (close) the training course loop. The control mechanism is usually prepared with an SPDT type microswitch. Every single SPDT Switch can be set to normally closed or normally open status. Introduced set to normally open status, when the microswitch acts, the training course rounds will be closed down. Normally closed status is to detachment the system rounds.
