Overview

LWGY-4 LWGY-6 LWGY-10 Turbine flow meter is a new type of intelligent instrument that integrates turbine flow sensor and display totalizer developed by using advanced ultra-low power single-chip microcomputer technology. It has obvious advantages such as interference, lightning resistance and low cost. The integrated meter can display many flow units, including cubic meters, gallons, liters, standard cubic meters, standard liters, etc., and can set fixed pressure and temperature parameters to compensate for the gas, and the pressure and temperature parameters do not change much. , the instrument can be used for fixed compensation accumulation.

Working priciple of LWGY-4 LWGY-6 LWGY-10 Turbine flow meter

The turbine in the sensor rotates under the action of the fluid, which changes the magnetic field of the signal detector. Therefore, an alternating voltage is induced in the coil of the signal detector, and the square wave signal is amplified, filtered and shaped by the amplifier. The frequency of this signal voltage is proportional to the rotational speed of the impeller, that is, proportional to the flow (velocity) of the fluid.

Features 

LWGY-4 LWGY-6 LWGY-10 Turbine flow meter adopts full-hard alloy (tungsten carbide) shielded cantilever beam structure bearing, which integrates rotary bearing and pressure bearing, greatly improves bearing life, and can work in medium with a small amount of sediment and dirt. The sensor adopts stainless steel structure, (the impeller adopts 2Cr13 or dual-phase steel wheel) with good anti-corrosion performance, adopts ruby bearing and is equipped with carbide (LT6) bushing to ensure the service life and long-term stability of the turbine sensor, samarium cobalt permanent magnet As a signal detector, the alloy has strong output signal and good magnetic stability, and can work normally in the medium of 0-120℃. The flowmeter itself has a self-rectifying structure, which is small, light, and simple in structure. It can be disassembled in a short time, and it is very convenient to install and use.
