Installation matters of LWGY-100 LWGY-125 LWGY-150 LWGY-200 LWGY-250 Turbine flow meter

1. Before putting into operation, set the instrument coefficient and carefully check to ensure that the flowmeter is connected correctly and grounded well before power transmission;

2. The flowmeter shall be cleaned, inspected and re calibrated regularly. For the flowmeter with lubricating oil or cleaning fluid injection inlet, lubricating oil or cleaning fluid shall be injected regularly according to the requirements of the manual to maintain the impeller in good operation;

3. Monitor the condition of the display instrument, evaluate the reading of the display instrument, and timely check if there is any abnormality;

4. Keep the filter unblocked. The blockage of the filter can be judged from the increase of the reading difference of the pressure gauge at its inlet and outlet, and the blockage can be eliminated in time;
