Overview of WSS-301 WSS-401 WSS-501 Bimetal thermometer

WSS series bimetal thermometer is a field detection instrument for measuring medium and low temperature. Bimetallic thermometer can directly measure the temperature of liquid, steam and gas medium in the range of - 80 ℃ ~ + 500 ℃ in various production processes.

Bimetal thermometer combines two metals with different linear expansion coefficients, and one end is fixed. When the temperature changes, the thermal expansion of the two metals is different, which drives the pointer to deflect to indicate the temperature. This is bimetal sheet thermometer, as shown in the figure on the above page. The temperature measurement range is - 80 ~ 500C, which is suitable for temperature measurement when the accuracy requirement is not high in industry. As a temperature sensing element, bimetallic sheet can also be used for automatic temperature control.

Working principle

WSS-301 WSS-401 WSS-501 Bimetal thermometer uses the hot bimetallic sheet wound into a thread as a temperature sensing device and installs it in the protective sleeve. One end is fixed, which is called the fixed end, and the other end is connected to a thin shaft, which is called the free end. A pointer is installed on the free end line shaft. When the temperature changes, the free end of the temperature sensing device rotates, driving the pointer on the fine shaft to change the angle, and indicating the corresponding temperature on the dial.

Features of WSS-301 WSS-401 WSS-501 Bimetal thermometer

Bimetal thermometer has the advantages of fast response, small volume, good linearity and stability. Some foreign products also have high-temperature working performance.

The thermoelectric potential of bimetal thermometer is only related to the thermoelectric property of thermoelectric electrode material and the temperature difference between two ends.

Using the same homogeneous conductor or semiconductor to form a circuit will not produce thermal potential.

The two contact temperatures of the thermocouple are t and t0. If t = T0, the thermoelectric potential of the thermocouple is zero. The intermediate temperature law lays a foundation for the formulation of thermocouple graduation table.

For many years, scientists have tried to study whether the relationship between the temperature of the hot end (measuring end) of the thermocouple and the thermoelectric potential generated by the thermocouple loop can be expressed by functional relationship or even piecewise function, but they failed in the end.

If the two conductors A and B form thermoelectricity with the third conductor respectively, they have a wide temperature measurement range and stable physical and chemical properties for long-term use
