Overview
WZP-130 WZP2-130 WZP-131 WZP2-131 RTD PT100 is produced and sold by Shanghai No. 3 automation instrument factory. WZ series assembled thermistor is used as a temperature sensor, which is usually used together with display instrument, recording instrument and electronic regulator. It can directly measure the surface temperature of liquid, steam, gas medium and solid in the range of - 200 ℃ ~ 420 ℃ in various production processes.

According to regulations, since 1987, our factory has produced two types of assembled and unified design thermistors: PT100 platinum thermistor conforming to IEC international standard graduation and cu50 copper thermistor conforming to standard graduation, which shall comply with JB / t8622-1997 and JB / t8623-1997 standards.
Working principle of WZP-130 WZP2-130 WZP-131 WZP2-131 RTD PT100
RTD PT100 is to measure the temperature by using the characteristics that the resistance of a substance changes with the change of temperature. When the resistance value changes, the working instrument will display the temperature value corresponding to the resistance value.
RTD PT100 is composed of temperature sensing elements, external protective tubes, junction boxes and fixed devices for various purposes. There are two specifications of single and double elements. The protective tubes not only have corrosion resistance, but also have sufficient mechanical strength to ensure that the products can be safely used in various occasions. Temperature measurement principle: the resistance of heated metal wire changes with the change of temperature. The relationship between its thermal resistance value R (T) and its temperature T can be expressed as: R (T) = R0 (1 + at + BT2 +...). The measured temperature value t can be obtained by checking the corresponding graduation table according to the measured resistance value.

It has many advantages, such as good decomposition of parts, convenient maintenance, low cost of replacing vulnerable parts, remote transmission of electrical signals, high sensitivity, strong stability, good interchangeability and accuracy. The normal temperature insulation resistance of platinum thermistor shall not be less than 100m Ω, and the normal temperature insulation resistance of copper thermistor shall not be less than 50m Ω. It is widely used in petroleum, chemical and other production sites with various flammable and explosive gases and steam.
