Overview 

WZP-330 WZP-331 WZP2-330 WZP2-331 PT100 Sensor is used as a sensor for measuring temperature, and is usually used together with display instrument, recording instrument and electronic regulator. It can directly measure the surface temperature of liquid, steam, gas medium and solid from - 200 ℃ to 600 ℃ in various production processes.


According to the national regulations, we can produce two types of assembled and unified design resistors that comply with IEC international standard graduation Pt100, Pt1000 platinum thermistors and graduation Cu50 copper thermistors, all of which comply with IEC751, JB/T8622-1997 and JB/T8623-1997 standards.


WZP-330 WZP-331 WZP2-330 WZP2-331 PT100 Sensor measures the temperature by using the characteristic that the resistance of the material changes with the temperature change. The heating part (temperature sensing element) of the thermal resistance is evenly wound on the skeleton made of insulating material by a thin metal wire. When there is a temperature gradient in the measured medium, the measured temperature is the average temperature in the medium layer within the range of the temperature sensing element.


WZP-330 WZP-331 WZP2-330 WZP2-331 PT100 Sensor mainly consists of junction box, protective tube, terminal block, insulating sleeve and temperature sensing element, and is equipped with various installation and fixing devices. The temperature sensing element of HD-WZP platinum resistance is a platinum wire winding, and the double platinum resistance is mainly used for occasions where two sets of displays are required, and the temperature of the same place is detected simultaneously by recording and regulating instruments. The temperature sensing element of HD-WZC copper resistance is a copper wire winding

Thermal resistance measures the temperature by using the characteristic that the resistance of the material changes with the temperature change. The heating part (temperature sensing element) of the thermal resistance is evenly wound on the framework made of insulating materials with thin metal wires.
