The magnetic level indicator is a reliable safety detection instrument. Due to the isolation and sealing structure with magnetic coupling. The magnetic level indicator is mainly composed of magnetic ball, sensor and transmitter. When the magnetic levitation ball floats up and down along the conduit with the change of liquid level, the magnetic steel in the floating ball attracts the dry reed tube at the corresponding position in the sensor to change the total resistance (or voltage) of the sensor, and then the transmitter converts the changed resistance (or voltage) signal into 4-20mA current signal for output XMT series digital display controller (or DSB light column digital display instrument) produced by our factory can be selected to measure the liquid level remotely, and the upper and lower limit alarms can be set on the display instrument to realize the position control of the liquid level, or the liquid level constant value regulation system can be composed of other regulators to realize the PID continuous regulation of the liquid level.
Working principle of UQC-C13 UQC-C14 UQC-C15 Magnetic level indicator
The magnetic level indicator adopts the principle of connector to introduce the liquid in the container into the main body of the liquid level gauge at the same height. The floating ball assembly floating in the main body is based on the principle of buoyancy and magnetic coupling. The display of the liquid level position of the turnover column which can reflect the magnetic phenomenon is attached outside the main body. With the change of the liquid level in the main body, the height of the floating ball assembly also changes accordingly. Thus, the turnover column outside the main body is turned 180 degrees. When the liquid level rises, the turnover column changes from white to red. When the liquid level falls, the turnover column changes from red to white. The red and white boundary of the display is the actual height of the medium liquid level in the container.
