Overview
UQK-01G UQK-02G UQK-03G Float level controller is applicable to the liquid level control of various containers. When the liquid level reaches the upper and lower switching values, the controller contacts will send on-off switch signals.
The controller is not suitable for medium with strong corrosion to brass, stainless steel and other materials and magnetic impurities.
Structural principle of UQK-01G UQK-02G UQK-03G Float level controller
UQK-01G UQK-02G UQK-03G Float level controller consists of two parts: floating ball group and contact group which are isolated from each other
When the measured liquid level rises to the upper switching point, the floating ball 1 rises with it, causing the magnetic steel 2 at its end to swing downward. Through the magnetic force, the same magnetic pole 4 installed in the housing 3 swings up and down, and the moving contact 5 at the other end is connected between the static contact 2-2. When the liquid level drops to the tangent point, the situation is just the opposite, and the static contact 1-1 is connected. The area between the upper tangent point and the lower tangent point is called the difference exchange area.
Product application
It is applicable to the control of liquid level switches in open or sealed containers during industrial production. When the liquid level reaches the high and low limit, the relay contact can be used as a switch in the signal alarm device or electric pump and other circuits.
Installation and use
1. The float level controller is connected to the controlled vessel with non-standard raised flange, and the user shall configure the corresponding lower flange (flange) during installation
2. The UQK-01G controller is installed in the horizontal direction and the UQK-03G controller is installed in the vertical direction
3. When installing the controller, the metal shell shall be reliably grounded to ensure the safety of electricity use.
4. The controlled medium shall not contain magnetic impurities, and the fluctuation frequency of the liquid level shall not be too large.
5. Float level controller shall be inspected regularly.
