UQK-01 UQK-02 UQK-03 Float level controller is applicable to control the liquid level in various containers. When the liquid level reaches the upper and lower switching values, the controller contacts send on-off switch signals.

The product series is divided into two categories: explosion-proof and non explosion-proof. The explosion-proof type can be used for liquid level controllers of pressure vessels with flammable and explosive media of class 1.2 and a, B and C. The explosion-proof grade is diict4-t6. The controller is not suitable for the medium that has strong corrosion effect on brass, stainless steel, aluminum and other materials and contains magnetic conductive impurities. The uqk contact shall be treated by the intermediate relay before the high-power equipment such as pump valve is expelled. Generally, the output signal of one uqk can be used to control the pump or valve to control the liquid level in the container within the switching difference range of the instrument.

UQK series Float level controller is composed of two parts: floating ball group and contact group

When the measured liquid level rises to the upper switching point, the floating ball 1 rises, causing the magnetic steel 2 at its end to swing downward. By the magnetic force, the same magnetic pole 4 installed in the housing 3 is repelled to swing up and down, and the movable contact 5 at the other end of the floating ball 1 communicates with the stationary contact . When the liquid level drops to the cut-off point, the situation is just the opposite, and the stationary contact is turned on. The area between the upper tangent point and the lower tangent point is called the commutation area.
