Overview 

ZZYN ZZYN-16 ZZYN-40 Self-actuated control valveSelf operated pressure regulating valve is divided into three series: self operated pressure regulating valve, differential pressure regulating valve and flow regulating valve. Self operated pressure regulating valves can be divided into two categories: front valve and back valve according to the position of the pressure tapping point. When the pressure tapping point is in front of the valve, it is used to regulate the constant pressure in front of the valve; When the pressure tapping point is behind the valve, it is used to regulate the constant pressure behind the valve.


When the pressure in front of the valve and behind the valve is introduced to both sides of the air chamber of the actuator at the same time, the self operated differential pressure regulating valve can adjust the pressure at both ends of the regulating valve to be constant, or the differential pressure installed at both ends of the orifice plate on the pipe can be introduced to both sides of the air chamber of the membrane actuator to form a self operated flow regulating valve, or the self operated differential pressure regulating valve can be used to achieve flow regulation after flow detection in other ways.


Post valve pressure control of ZZYN ZZYN-16 ZZYN-40 Self-actuated control valve

The pre valve pressure P1 of the working medium changes to the post valve pressure P2 after being throttled by the valve core and valve seat. P2 is input into the lower membrane chamber of the actuator through the control pipeline and acts on the top plate. The force generated is balanced with the reaction force of the spring, which determines the relative position of the valve core and valve seat and controls the pressure behind the valve.


When the pressure P2 behind the valve increases, the force exerted by P2 on the top plate also increases. At this time, the force of the top plate is greater than the reaction force of the spring, making the valve core close to the valve seat until the force of the top plate is balanced with the reaction force of the spring. At this time, the flow area of the valve core and the valve seat decreases, and the flow resistance increases, so that P2 decreases to the set value. Similarly, when the downstream pressure P2 decreases, the action direction is opposite to the above, which is the working principle of the self operated (downstream) pressure regulating valve. This type of valve shall be installed horizontally in the pipeline.

When it is necessary to change the setting value of the post valve pressure P2, the adjusting nut can be adjusted.


Front valve pressure control of ZZYN ZZYN-16 ZZYN-40 Self-actuated control valve

The pre valve pressure P1 of the working medium changes to the post valve pressure P2 after being throttled by the valve core and valve seat. At the same time, P1 is input into the upper membrane chamber of the actuator through the control pipeline and acts on the top plate. The force generated is balanced with the reaction force of the spring, which determines the relative position of the valve core and valve seat and controls the pressure in front of the valve.


When the pressure P1 in front of the valve increases, the force P1 acts on the top plate will also increase. At this time, the force of the top plate is greater than the reaction force of the spring, which makes the valve core move away from the valve seat until the force of the top plate is balanced with the reaction force of the spring. At this time, the flow area of the valve core and valve seat increases, and the flow resistance decreases, so that P1 decreases to the set value. Similarly, when the pressure P1 in front of the valve decreases, the action direction is opposite to the above, which is the working principle of the self operated (front of the valve) pressure regulating valve.

When it is necessary to change the setting value of the pre valve pressure P1, the adjusting nut can be adjusted.
