Overview of UQC-C10 UQC-C11 UQC-C12 Magnetic level indicator
UQC series magnetic level indicator is a product developed and produced according to the standard of magnetic level indicator Hg / t21584-95. It can be used for liquid level measurement in various open or closed containers, especially for high pressure, high temperature, high viscosity and strong corrosive media. Because the measured medium is completely isolated from the indicator, it has higher reliability, safety and practicability than the traditional plate and tube liquid level gauge. At the same time, when matched with other instruments, it can realize the upper and lower limit alarm of liquid level and remote automatic control. Therefore, it is widely used for liquid level measurement and control in the production process of electric power, petroleum, chemical industry, environmental protection, shipbuilding, construction, food and other industries.
Working principle
UQC-C10 UQC-C11 UQC-C12 Magnetic level indicator is developed according to the principle of buoyancy and magnetic coupling. When the liquid level in the measured container rises and falls, the float in the main pipe of the liquid level gauge also rises and falls, and the permanent magnetic steel in the float is transmitted to the field indicator through magnetic coupling to drive the red and white turning columns to turn 180°, When the liquid level rises, the turnover column changes from white to red. When the liquid level drops, the turnover column changes from red to white. The red and white boundary of the indicator is the actual height of the medium liquid level in the container, so as to realize the indication of the liquid level.
Features of UQC-C10 UQC-C11 UQC-C12 Magnetic level indicator
It is installed on the outside of the tank to indicate and control the liquid level in the tank. The closed form can be equipped with a blowdown valve as required. The connecting flange can accept a control instrument with customized liquid level height. The indicator is composed of magnetic color chips. When the magnetic floating ball in the body pipe rises with the liquid level, the color chips turn over to display the liquid level height. Magnetic switch or remote transmitter can also be installed on the body pipe to output switch signal or analog signal. It is suitable for high temperature, high pressure, corrosion resistance and other occasions. It can be displayed locally and controlled remotely. The body pipe of the magnetic level indicator adopts seamless steel pipe, and the connecting pipe adopts pull hole welding, and there is no scratch inside. The magnetic level indicator can be installed on the side and top, and the lower end of the magnetic flap level gauge body is sealed.
The magnetic level indicator with local display has the advantages of intuitive display, eye-catching, wide viewing angle, compact and reasonable structure, safety and reliability, no "running, emitting, dripping and leakage", small maintenance and low maintenance cost, and its indication function does not need additional power supply. Even if the power supply fails, the liquid level observation will not be affected. It is an ideal liquid level detection instrument.
