3、 Precautions for use of radial pressure gauge of Y-60BF Y-63BF Y-100BF Stainless steel pressure gauge

1. The ambient temperature of the instrument is - 40 ~ 70 ℃, and the relative humidity is not more than 80%. If the instrument deviates from the normal operating temperature by 20 ± 5 ℃, the additional temperature error must be included.

2. The instrument must be installed vertically and try to keep the same level with the measuring point. If the difference is too high, the additional error caused by the liquid column may not be considered when measuring gas. During installation, the explosion-proof port at the back of the case shall be blocked to avoid affecting the explosion-proof performance.

3. Measuring range of normal use of the instrument: under static pressure, it shall not exceed 3 / 4 of the upper limit of measurement, and under fluctuation, it shall not exceed 2 / 3 of the upper limit of measurement. Under the above two pressure conditions, the measured * * * low of the large pressure gauge shall not be lower than 1 / 3 of the lower limit, and the vacuum part shall be used for vacuum measurement.

4. In case of instrument pointer failure, internal parts looseness and failure to work normally during use, maintenance shall be carried out or the manufacturer shall be contacted for maintenance.

5. The instrument shall avoid vibration and collision to avoid damage.

8. Before installation, check whether the model, specification and accuracy grade of the instrument meet the requirements of instrument use. Check whether the joint thread of the instrument is consistent with the installed female thread.

9. The pressure gauge shall be installed vertically with an inclination of no more than 30 ° and shall be kept at the same level with the measuring point to avoid indication error.

10. After installation, under the condition of no pressure, observe whether the pointer is at the zero position or close to the disc stop pin, otherwise it is not suitable for use.

11. When measuring the steam pressure, the lower end of the pressure gauge shall be equipped with an annular pipe. There is water to transfer the steam pressure during use, so as to prevent high-temperature steam from rushing into the spring tube, affecting the accuracy of the instrument, or accidentally melting the solder, causing leakage of the instrument, causing accidents or scalding.
