In order to ensure that the elastic element can work reliably within the safe range of elastic deformation, when selecting the range of pressure gauge, sufficient margin must be reserved according to the size of the measured pressure and the speed of pressure change. Therefore, the upper limit value of the pressure gauge should be higher than the maximum possible pressure value in process production. Installation matters

1. The ambient temperature of the instrument is - 40~70 ℃, and the relative humidity is not more than 80%. If the instrument deviates from the normal operating temperature by 20 5 ℃, the additional temperature error must be included.

2. The instrument must be installed vertically and try to keep the same level with the measuring point. If the difference is too high, it is included in the additional error caused by the liquid column, which may not be considered when measuring the gas. When installing, block the explosion-proof port at the back of the meter case to avoid affecting the explosion-proof performance.

3. The measuring range of the instrument in normal use shall not exceed 3/4 of the upper measuring limit under static pressure and 2/3 of the upper measuring limit under fluctuation. Under the above two pressure conditions, the minimum value measured by large pressure gauge shall not be less than 1/3 of the lower limit. When measuring vacuum, all vacuum parts shall be used.

4. If the pointer of the instrument fails or the internal parts are loose or cannot work normally during use, it shall be repaired or the manufacturer shall be contacted for maintenance.

5. The instrument shall avoid vibration and collision to avoid damage.
